'FlavorCrumbBowl' originated from a humble aspiration: to serve genuine Neapolitan pizza in Paris. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizzeria was initially a quaint, family-oriented business, with recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, mastered the craft of pizza preparation while exploring Italy, gaining insights from seasoned pizza chefs in Naples—the homeland of pizza. After coming back to the UK, her ambition was to recreate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, embracing original techniques and top-notch ingredients.
Our business has expanded from a cozy 12-seater pizzeria into a cherished local staple, yet our dedication to quality and authentic taste remains constant. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch each day, and select the best ingredients available.
Nowadays, 'FlavorCrumbBowl' is still in the hands of the family, with the Bianchi family's next generation steering our devoted crew. Even though we've adopted contemporary advancements, our core mission endures: crafting delectable, true-to-origin pizza that unites our customers.
